Reassure families that their pre-payments have been applied to their agreements with our latest Tuition Agreement enhancement.
Occasionally, schools may receive payments from families before that family has setup their tuition agreement in TADS. They may be paying for registration fees, book fees, or any number of charges that the school has designated to be due at the start of their payment plan.
Now, schools can record these payments on the Tuition Agreement before it has been setup. This allows the school and family to see the payment and the updated balance due on the agreement.
Adding the pre-payments is simple
When an Agreement is in the SENT or CREATING status, simply open the agreement and scroll to the bottom of the “New Charges” section. Then, click the “Add Payment” button.
