Many of you have been involved with TADS over the past year and we thank you for your interest in our company. During these challenging economic times, I am continually reminded of the value you bring to families who are committed to their children’s education and how, in your own unique ways, you support those intentions through good stewardship of resources and supreme service to your families.
For the TADS family here in Minnesota, spring has sprung us into action as we continue to support our schools and their families during this busy financial aid season. At the same time, we have implemented a number of continuous improvement strategies that enhance our services along with new product development offerings that I am pleased to announce.
- Simply TADS — After nearly 45 years working under the acronym “tuition aid data services,” we have chosen to expand our offerings to include Admissions, Enrollment/Re-Enrollment and Tuition & Agreement Management. Along with our pioneering work in Financial Aid processing, we are pleased to offer these services and tools as separate or combined solutions to your evolving needs. To better reflect our past, present and future work, we have chosen to simplify our company name to TADS.
- MOSAIC — We are announcing a new model for schools that includes all of our offerings as an integrated package. Combined with an optional on-site service package that will include social media tools, web services, email and technical operations support, “MOSAIC” was created with you and your families in mind. We believe this model will help us to continue building upon our groundbreaking work in customer engagement.
